Another rant about road workers, in joke form:
The council’s road-building crew had a major problem. They’d all gone to work and forgotten their shovels. They rang up the foreman to ask advice.
“No need to panic,” he said. “I’ll send the van out with the shovels. But you’ll have to lean on each other until they get there.”
